Call for art from Civil War Era

From the Anna Arts Center:

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

One of the major events in preparing for the weekend is to collect artwork of the Civil War Era and create an Art exhibit. This is your opportunity to be a part of the weekend. Everyone is invited to display their Civil War era art that they have collected or created. Please bring your art work Monday through Thursday, between 9 am -12 noon to the Anna Arts Center, 125 West Davie Street, Anna, IL.  The plan is to collect all the art pieces, swords, and any other items you want to submit to display and start letting people visit the exhibit in the Performing Arts Center, 117 West Davie Street.  As pieces are submitted they will be displayed and open to the public from 9 a.m. until noon. The exhibit is free and will be open through the Civil War Weekend of Union County, Feb 8-10, 2013.
