Friends of the Library has the right to reject, upon arrival, any work submitted. Work must be appropriately
framed, ready to hang with wire and screw eyes--NO saw tooth hangers. Student work may be dry
mounted, matted or framed.
Please fill out the attached entry and mail it as instructed. Attach the enclosed labels to the back of each art
object. If items are for sale, include a contact phone number or address. The Library will not be
responsible for sales.
Your submission of a signed entry form constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions stated in this
prospectus. Precaution will be taken in handling entries to protect against damage or theft; however, Town
and Country Days committee and the Eldorado Memorial Library do not accept liability for any accident,
damage to loss to works submitted to the exhibition.

Cobden High School Art Show- May 5
The Cobden High school will have an art sale on Sunday May 5, 2013 noon - to 4:00 P.M..
Local artists are invited to place items for sale and donate 10% of sales to the High School Art Department.
Entry forms available on site or from Lisa Hicks.
Art can be delivered to The Old Feed Store at 111 North Appleknocker in Cobden between 2-4 p.m. on Saturday May 4th or by Friday May 3rd before 2:00 p.m. at Cobden High School.
Money from sales and unsold art should be picked up Sunday at 4:00 or a later date by making arrangements with Lisa Hicks.
